1. Seller and contact details<\/h2>

The seller and personal data controller is Sagneta UAB, company registration number 300041473, VAT number LT100001137418. Address: Raudondvario pl. 164, LT-47173 Kaunas, Lithuania. Email sales@sgenergy.lt<\/a>, phone +370 600 28676<\/a>. SGENERGY is the store\u2019s brand.<\/p>\n

2. Who these terms apply to<\/h2>

Purchases may be made by persons legally entitled to enter into the relevant transaction and duly authorised company representatives. A consumer is an individual buying for purposes unrelated to their business or profession. The consumer\u2019s 14-day right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to business purchases, which are governed by the contract and applicable law. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.<\/p>\n

3. Products and compatibility<\/h2>

Before ordering, check the exact model, technical specifications, included components and compatibility. A single battery module is not necessarily a complete working system: additional modules, a controller, base, cables and a compatible inverter may be required. If you have questions, send us the models of your existing equipment and we will help assess your selection against the manufacturer\u2019s documentation.<\/p>

Installation work is not included in the equipment price unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Equipment must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer\u2019s requirements; work requiring qualifications must be carried out by appropriately qualified specialists. Illustrations do not replace the specification of the stated model and do not permit a different product to be supplied without the buyer\u2019s consent.<\/p>\n

4. Orders and prices<\/h2>

Prices are shown in euros. Where both prices are displayed, they are labelled \u201cexcl. VAT\u201d and \u201cincl. VAT\u201d. The amount payable by a consumer includes applicable taxes and agreed delivery charges. The standard Lithuanian VAT rate is 21% where applicable. Placing an order does not itself change the product price.<\/p>

The buyer must provide correct contact and delivery information and check the order summary. Where the final amount and delivery terms are known, the order is placed with an obligation to pay using the selected payment method. The seller confirms acceptance of the order by email. Where supply or delivery still needs to be agreed, an automated order-receipt message does not confirm terms that have not yet been agreed.<\/p>

Where delivery costs are arranged individually, you may submit an order without paying immediately.<\/strong> The total is provisional. The seller provides the transport cost and final total; payment is required only after the buyer accepts the final terms and receives payment information. An unagreed delivery charge is not added without the buyer\u2019s consent. If the offer is unsuitable, let us know: the provisional order may be cancelled.<\/p>

If we cannot supply an ordered product or identify a pricing or description error, we will contact you to agree a solution. Products or prices are not changed unilaterally; if no agreement is reached, payments for an order that cannot be fulfilled are refunded. The version of these terms in effect when the order was placed applies to that order; subsequent changes do not alter terms already agreed.<\/p>\n

5. Payment<\/h2>

You may pay using the Paysera methods offered at checkout or by bank transfer according to the payment information provided. Do not pay in advance if transport has not yet been agreed.<\/p>\n

6. Delivery, returns and warranty<\/h2>

Delivery terms and individually arranged transport are described in our delivery policy<\/a>. Consumer withdrawal, refunds and claims about product quality are covered by our returns and warranty policy<\/a>. The manufacturer\u2019s commercial warranty terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n

7. Questions and disputes<\/h2>

For order enquiries or complaints, email sales@sgenergy.lt with your order details, the problem and your preferred remedy. We provide a reasoned response to written consumer complaints within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the response or do not receive it within that time, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority<\/a>, submit a request through VTIS<\/a> or bring a claim before a court. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies, without restricting mandatory consumer protection applicable under the law.<\/p>\n
