DELIVERY POLICY
Updated on 30 October 2026. Delivery depends on the size, weight and quantity of the goods and the delivery address. The seller is Sagneta UAB (SGENERGY), Raudondvario pl. 164, LT-47173 Kaunas, Lithuania. Questions: sales@sgenergy.lt, +370 600 28676.
1. Standard parcel delivery
Available delivery methods and their prices are shown in the cart or at checkout, depending on the selected goods and address. Couriers, including Venipak, are available according to the methods offered for the particular order. Standard parcel delivery or parcel lockers are not suitable for all goods.
2. Batteries, system bundles and large freight
Transport for heavy or bulky goods and system bundles may need to be arranged individually. Where “Enquire about delivery cost” or “Delivery cost to be agreed after ordering” is displayed, the standard courier rate does not apply to that shipment.
- Submit your order with the delivery address and contact details.
- No payment is required until the transport cost has been confirmed. The displayed total is provisional; a €0 delivery charge at this stage does not mean delivery is free.
- We assess the shipment, address and unloading conditions, then provide the transport cost and final order total.
- Once you accept the final terms, we provide payment information. If the offer is unsuitable, you may cancel the provisional order.
Please tell us in advance if a tail lift, special unloading arrangements or carrying services are required, or if access is restricted. The order must clearly specify what is included. Carrying goods inside, unpacking and installation are not automatically included in equipment delivery. Additional paid services require prior agreement.
3. Delivery time
The supply and delivery time for a particular product is stated in the product information or agreed before the order is confirmed. Goods held at a supplier’s warehouse may take longer to deliver than goods held locally. “Available to order” does not mean that the product is already in our warehouse.
Unless otherwise agreed in a consumer contract, goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. A longer period requires agreement. If a delay becomes known, we will contact you to discuss the next steps; this does not affect the buyer’s statutory rights regarding non-delivery. You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact arrival time applies only once confirmed.
4. Receiving goods and reporting damage
When receiving a shipment, inspect the packaging and quantity together with the courier where possible. If you notice damage, record it on the delivery document, take photographs and notify us as soon as possible. Do not accept a shipment if it is unsafe to do so. Keep the packaging and photographs for investigation.
Signing for delivery or failing to notice concealed damage does not in itself remove a consumer’s rights regarding product quality. We do not impose a general three-day deadline after which all consumer claims are rejected. Where the seller arranges transport, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the consumer only when the consumer, or a person they designate other than the carrier, receives the goods. A statutory exception may apply where the consumer independently chooses a carrier not offered by the seller.
5. Collection and contact details
If collection is offered for your order, agree the location and time in advance. Please arrive only after receiving confirmation that the order is ready. Collection options do not depend on citizenship.
